როგორ უნდა RAID მასივზე ახალი ვინტის დამატება, ისე რომ ძველი ინფო არ წაიშალოს და ვინდი გადავაყენო პარამეტრები

მირჩიეთ ახლა რამე... RAID-ები არ დამიყენებია არასდროს.


სერვერზე არის RAID5 ანუ დაცულობა და სისწრაფეზე ორიენტირებული, ზომა არის 500 გიგა. 1 C: დისკი. გაივსო, ხოდა სერვერის ვინდიც გასაახლებელია...


მაქვს 2 X 500 გიგა ჰარდ დრაივნი და ვიფიქრე 1 ტერაბაიტ რაიდს ავაწყობო... თუმცა მირჩიეს რომ 500-იანი და სანდო ჯობდა. ისიც მირჩიეს, რომ შეიძლებოდა არსებულ რაიდზე დამემატებინა ახალი ვინტები.

6:24 PM: the old harddrives are configured in raid5 whis is speed AND security
6:25 PM: your choces with SATA are Raid 0(speed) OR Raid1(security)
6:25 PM: third option is JBOD(Size)
6:27 PM: If you think 500 GB wont be enough for a system disk go with Raid 0. I would suggest Raid 1 though. Security is more important
6:28 PM: you wont need to copy the videos to the new disks.... you can use the old disks as Video storage.
